Trade FAQ's
Here are some common questions we get asked from potential trade partners.
If you are currently doing over 100sqm a month, your shutters will be delivered directly from the factory, they will be unloaded from the container and placed directly onto a delivery vehicle (we do not use third party logistics).
If you are doing less than 100sqm a month, your shutters will still be delivered by us with no third party logistics but they will have to be sorted and the the logistics of delivery will be handled by us first before going out for delivery.
We are upfront and honest in that our shutter supply service is best suited to those already established in shutters, we are able to offer factory direct pricing because we focus on supplying customers who are ready to hit the ground running and are comfortable surveying, placing orders and installing them without needing a high degree of technical support or training.
If you are new to shutters or doing a low volume, we are honest enough to admit that we are probably not the supplier for you.
If you are consistently doing over 30sqm per month, then we would love to have a conversation.
It is very infrequent that a shutter installer or company offering shutters ever reaches the volume required to fill containers consistently on their own; for it to make economic sense with product costs, shipping costs, import costs and last mile delivery, you need to be consistently achieving upwards of 2200sqm per month or around 500-600sqm per week.
We offer a unique concept in that we have partnered directly with a manufacturer and are essentially offering a 'container sharing' facility - offering factory direct pricing whilst sharing container space and that said container will be delivered directly to the South West region, cutting down on lead times and last mile delivery costs to make the pricing more attractive and appealing.

The factory direct product and train freight costs remain the same for all customers, everyone pays the same (including us) - the only variables are logistics and deliveries which we are happy to discuss based on your order volumes and delivery location.
No you don't, you will pay for all orders to a UK based business and bank account so there is no import or duty taxes to pay, there are no hidden charges or any nasty surprises.
